Job Duties
Specific Skills:
Carry out administrative activities of the establishment. Deliver front-line support through responding to inbound queries over the phone, email, general website, and social media. Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation. Take an active role in building and developing a positive relationship with all the customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Responsible for managing and maintaining all advertisement/ promos/ projects through social media platforms. Exercise decision-making and problem solving to ensure priorities and deadlines are met and take initiative to move beyond completion of assigned tasks to plan for future changes and requirements. Revise, implement and evaluate new administrative procedures. Maintain and update the company database. Prepare and maintain various forms of the project contracts. Prepare regular reports on expenses and company budget. Schedule and coordinate the details of the job orders to the stakeholders. Manage office supplies and place orders.
Additional Skills:
Delegate work to office support staff. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint),Adobe Photoshop, Power PDF advanced, Quotewerks, QuickBooks, and strong internet search skills. Proven problem-solving abilities and conflict management skills.
Ability to Supervise:
3 to 4 people

Tight deadlines, Attention to detail and must at least basic knowledge in layout/design.
